Export to SPSS from your software tool

From your survey tool, it is best to export your data to SPSS. Most survey tools, like e.g. Confirmit and Qualtrics have this functionality.

You do NOT need to have SPSS installed - OfficeReports can read the SPSS sav-format!
If that is not possible, export the data to Excel. Then, from the OfficeReports menu in Excel or PowerPoint, import the data file, and start creating crosstabs, banner tables and charts. It's that easy!
